This week Pastor Tom continues the series, "Known: A Study of 1st John" with a sermon entitled "Do Not Love The World".
What an incredible first official night of Jam we had. So many kids experiencing Jesus in so many ways. We are super excited for the year ahead for these children and the volunteer staff that help make Wednesday nights happen! It has been decided to limit Jam to K-5th graders at this time. As 6th graders have the ability to attend D Group. We attempted to accommodate some of them, but it did not work out. Thank you for understanding.
A reminder that Fred Redman's Visitation is TONIGHT, 9/20, from 5-7pm at Johnson Funeral Home here in Earlham. The Funeral Service will be tomorrow, Monday 9/21 at 10:30am here at ECC with a ceremony to follow at 12:30 at the Iowa Veterans Cemetery. There will be a meal to follow at the church afterwards.

If you have children, we have nursery available for children birth - 3 years of age. The nursery is located off of the Foyer. We also have Children's Church. Students 4 years old - 4th grade will be dismissed for Children's Church before the sermon. The classroom is through the NW sanctuary doors.
Communion, we partake in this as a weekly reminder of the sacrifice that Jesus Christ made for use n the cross. If you are a believer, we invite you to join us during this time. You may take the emblems as they're passed or in your own time.
Offering, we use the tithes and offering that the Lord blesses us with to support the work of our local church and worldwide missions. If you are a guest we do not want you to feel obligated to give. If that is something the Lord has laid on your heart the gift is welcome. You can give when the offering plate is passed or at the link below.
